The Paisley Fields are kicking off their first show of the new year at Artful Dodger with the awesome, Dogwood Tales and Tom, Hanks! Dust your cowboy boots off and come on out to Artful Dodger to enjoy a wacky Wednesday of a night filled with great music! Tom, Hanks is Harrisonburg's answer to the drull, the mundane, and the banalaty of modern music. Part tribute to Hank Williams and Tom Waits, part soundtrack to a divebar by the sea, and part bar brawl on stage. Expect Accordion, Upright Bass, Trumpet, Clarinet, Barn Gong, Tambourine duct-taped to cowboy boot, kick drum, bullhorn, an actual bull's horns, copious toasts, and God knows what else.
